Highlights:

• 8-level, 1600-car parking ramp, with paper wrapped button-headed wire post-tensioning system.
• This project restoration design initially started in 1984 with periodic tendon replacement in critical areas. In 1989, it was determined that a total restoration would be phased over a 5-10 year period, depending on budget availability. A full redesign of the post-tension system was designed by Reigstad & Associates using the Trenching Method™ of tendon replacement to replace the entire post tensioning system. This complete restoration was completed in 1999. General concrete restoration including partial depth repairs, ceiling patching, expansion joint repair, and beam repair continues on an as needed basis.
