The business of structural engineering has allowed me to build a team of very skilled individuals and create a culture of creative problem solvers. I have had the opportunity to be involved with very large and unique projects, most of which have been done at an extremely fast pace and on demanding construction schedules. Through active on-site involvement, these projects have given me exposure to real building and construction problems. This has allowed for the utilization of education, and experience to not only solve problems, but also discover new methods to reduce schedule and cost of construction.
