Structural Design
We offer a full range of design, estimating, and

Reigstad & Associates professional staff has experience
working with all common structural systems, including
steel, concrete, masonry and timber, as well as more
sophisticated systems such as pre-stressed and
post-tensioned concrete and space frame systems when
they are shown to be cost effective.
Parking Consulting
Our Parking Consulting team provides full service
parking consulting including functional/conceptual
design, way-finding design, parking equipment
consulting, complete documentation and project
management. Our experience ranges from multi-level
housing to transit stations, retail, universities,
municipalities, hospitals and hotel/casino venues.
Whatever a particular project requires, our expert staff
can provide an innovative and cost-effective solution.
The Parking Garage Division can also serve as the prime
consultant for your parking project. We will create and
manage a team of consultants to design your project and
bring it to reality.
Precast Design
The services provided by Reigstad & Associates, Inc. to
precast manufacturers include complete engineering and
shop drawings required for producing precast materials.
Our services also include peer reviews, quality control
of shop drawings, and value engineering of precast
alternates substituted for other structural systems. Our
personnel are incredibly responsive with timely answers
during manufacture and erection to ensure projects are
completed with precision and maximum efficiency. |
